Shipping Info

We work to keep your shipping cost to an absolute minimum and do not try to profit off of shipping.

We use the following to base shipping charges:

U.S. Addresses 

Continental:  We use USPS Priority Mail  for all standard shipping which offers two day delivery.  For faster shipping we use either  USPS Express Mail  or FED EX  for an additional charge.  

Foreign Addresses 

International shipping requires us to charge extra shipping.  Foreign shipments are made via Federal Express, UPS or USPS.  You may estimate your shipping costs online at FedEx.com or USPS.com as a using our zip code of 62711.  stargear.net is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, broker fees, nor any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.  Please contact us or the above carriers for additional information if you have questions. 

Payment for orders with non-US addresses may also be made in the following manner:

• For orders you may  prepay via wire transfer to our bank account.  Contact us for wire transfer information. 
  

Returns and Exchanges

Unused items with their tags still attached may be returned for a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.  After 30 days unused stock items with their tags still attached may be returned for either a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise.  

To return or exchange items ship them to:

Enclose a letter with:
1. The reason for the return/exchange 
2. What you would like done (different size/color, refund to credit card...) 
3. Where you would like exchanged items shipped to
5. How you you would like to pay for shipping of the exchanged items to you
6. What type to shipping you require (USPS Priority, Fedex ...)
7. Your day time phone number
8. A copy of the original shipping invoice if you still have it

Prices & Availability

Performance Sailing Gear  diligently works with its suppliers and product manufacturers to ensure correct and updated pricing & information and availability of the products offered for sale.  Performance Sailing Gear cannot be responsible for manufacturer/supplier changes of published prices or specifications.  Prices and specifications are subject to change. Performance Sailing Gear stocks the products it sells, however certain items may from time-to-time be sold out or otherwise temporarily unavailable from their manufacturer/supplier.  In cases where Performance Sailing Gear is made aware of a delay a member of our staff will try to contact you and make you aware of the situation and offer a quicker resolution.
